Massage

Swedish Massage
Using massage oils to facilitate smooth, gliding strokes combined with kneading, friction, stretching and (occasionally) tapping. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation and ease muscle tension.

Deep Tissue Massage
For more intensive work and firmer pressure, choose a deep tissue massage which is aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as a Swedish massage, but the pressure is more intense and more focused in order to release chronic muscle tension or knots.

Thai Massage
Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than more classic forms of massage. The therapist uses his or her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used during treatment. Thai massage is usually done on a padded mat on the floor. No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed. You are usually asked to bring or wear comfortable clothing to the massage.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage using smooth, heated stones. They are basalt, a black volcanic rock that absorbs and retains heat well. The heat is both deeply relaxing and helps tight muscles release. Stones are heated in 120 to 150 degree water and combined with traditional Swedish Massage, however, the stones help muscles release more quickly than in traditional massage.

Cupping Therapy
Cupping is an ancient Chinese method of causing local congestion. A partial vacuum is created in cups placed on the skin either by means of heat or suction. When the cup is left in place on the skin for a few minutes, blood stasis (deep bruising) is formed and localized healing takes place. Cupping therapy has been further developed as a means to open the conduits to allow invigorating energy to travel the whole length of the body.

Dr. Alkaitis Organic Skin Food Facial
An hour long treat with the skin food you can eat! Organic goat’s milk yogurt and organic honey are used with Dr. Alkaitis Organic Skin food to feed and sooth the skin and soul. Massage, Steam, light extractions, and a series of masks are catered to your specific needs. You leave rejuvenated and refreshed with glowing gorgeous skin! The products are universally applicable to all skin “types”, all genders, and all races.
Dr. Alkaitis Organic Skin Food Facial for Men
Similar to the Dr. Alkaitis Organic Skin Food Facial, this facial provides a concentration on deep cleaning including a special mask used to combat ingrown hairs from shaving. The mask is applied to the skin in circular motions to damp skin. After rinsing it’s finished with a soothing gel.

Manicure & Pedicure Organic Spa Manicure

Hands are massaged and nails are shaped into square cut/round shaped followed by a hand massage. Finally, nails are painted using Priti Polishes, which have been formulated without Toluene, DBP and Formaldehyde. Any nail polish is removed with completely biodegradable soy nail polish remover. This organic manicure leaves nails chip resistant and super glossy. You can choose from a variety of classical and seasonal colors.

Organic Spa Pedicure

Organic Spa Pedicures are heavenly and use a rosemary scrub, and a lavender cream. Pumiced, cleaned, shaped and massaged your toes will be exhilarated and dancing with delight! Similar to the Organic Manicure, non-toxic Priti Nails Polish is used.

Waxing
Gentle and relatively pain free our strip and strip-less exceptional hair removal services from brows to Brazilians surpass all expectations! Less sticky and cleaner than traditional waxes we use a very special high grade wax that maintains the integrity of the skin. It has a gentle low temperature applied very close to skin temperature so burning is never an issue. Our wax has superior anti-irritant ingredients to ensure less inflammation. Double dip is never an option!
